We are hiring Business Development Manager (BDM)!
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for client interfaces within an account or group of accounts. As a key member of the Business Development team, the BDM is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies to identify and acquire a target customer base, with a focus on software solution sales within the FX and CFD space.
- Responsibilities:
- • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts (partners & customers) • Proactively develop opportunities to sell software solutions to prospective clients within FX and CFD space • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contractual and commercial terms • Develop, steer and manage new software sales pipeline • Monitor and research on market trends and developments • Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives • Develop and leverage the company’s branding and professional profile in coordination with our Marketing team
- Skills & Requirement: • Minimally 3-5 years of Business Development experience, software selling experience would be advantageous
- • Good exposure to FinTech & SaaS with an emphasis on FX and CFD
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to partner and influence across functions and seniority
- • Proficiency in English - other languages will be considered an advantage
- • Structured approach to Business Development & Sales
- • Good understanding of complex technology implementations
- • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
- • Self-motivated and proactive, take ownership and accountable to achieve assigned objectives
- • Team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting style, unstructured environment
