We are hiring Head of BD & Sales (Contract based/ Office based)!
As a Head of BD and Sales (Healthcare), you will play a key role to lead the Healthcare Sales Department in developing and implementing company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives, ensuring high levels of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1) Market Strategy and Development: • Conducting market analysis and trend forecasting to inform sales strategy. • Identifying new business opportunities and markets to drive growth. • Aligning sales strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach. • Developing and executing tactical sales plans. • Focusing to meet short-term sales goals and targets. 2) Team Management and Development: • Hiring and developing sales personnels to drive growth. • Creating and maintaining a high-performance sales culture that rewards innovation and excellence. • Implementing performance metrics and evaluation to measure team success. • Providing coaching and mentorship to team members. • Conducting regular performance reviews. 3) Customer Relationship Development and Marketing • Managing key accounts and resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction. • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Building strong relationships with customers and partners. • Savvy with both B2B marketing and B2C marketing, including digital and omnichannel marketing. 4) Financial Management: • Managing the overall sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. • Forecasting revenue and setting pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Reporting sales performance to the BOD and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Skills & Requirement:
  • • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  • • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth to bring in revenue of SGD$5billion or MYR$15billion (min).
  • • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to demonstrate an understanding of the overall business strategy and be able to develop sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
