A 360 recruitment consultant is a professional responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for a business. Your role involves business development for new clients, sourcing and identifying potential candidates, screening and interviewing them, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

- Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- • Manage time effectively to ensure consistency of quality sales.
- • Actively generate own leads and create account plans for target customers.
- • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- • Work with the branch network to identify, pursue, and develop potential sales opportunities to win new contracts and expand existing business.
- • Attend sales meetings with colleagues.
- • Sales via phone & face-to-face to secure new contracts, vacancies & opportunities to meet targets set by line management.
- • Maintain and develop strong client relationships with potential clients.
- • Have an in-depth understanding of the key features, advantages and benefits of our service.
- • Quote, negotiate and agree rates and fees in line with company parameters.
- • Agree terms and set up client accounts in line with company procedures.
- Recruitment:
- • Attract sufficient candidates through ensuring ongoing advertising, recruitment & selection of candidates.
- • Maximise the current candidate availability pool through effective management of databases.
- • Develop a key understanding of client requirements.
- • Ensuring that candidates are best prepared to attend interviews and / or new temporary or permanent roles.
- • Providing an effective, ongoing follow up service e.g. ongoing temporary worker management for temporary candidates or ongoing client and candidate follow up reviews after placement.
- • Resolve efficiently any queries raised from candidates, workers or clients in a prompt and timely manner.
- Skills & Requirement:
- • Applicant with recruitment/ HR background will be preferred.
- • CEI Certified.
- • Ambitious and resilient individuals with a great sense of personal drive.
- • Excellent verbal communication skills.
