We are hiring PMO (Corp Lending)!
A PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You would also work closely with the client’s internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relate to quality or process improvements.
- Responsibilities: • Project scheduling and resource planning, considering dependencies. • Management of project issues and document creation for management reporting. • Setting evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with related departments (e.g., IT, Compliance). • Responding to regulatory requirements and supporting administrative tasks. • Regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership. • Planning o Project scheduling and resource planning for projects overall considering dependency of each of them
- • Corporate Lending PMO o Responsibilities for Corporate Lending PMO for PM Support o Support provision for Corporate Lending business area PM’s project leading & managing activities. o Develop standardized rules and processes of project management, such as constructing reporting structures, determine reporting contents, etc. o Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Cross Functional PMO and Corporate Lending Business Area PM. o Progress and issue management of BA, User Task members and Developers in the Corporate Lending Business in charge. o Consolidate status report within Corporate Lending business area in charge, and reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Management. o Coordination with stakeholders inside and outside of the Corporate Lending business area, including Business and IT, to ensure meeting their needs and expectations. • Any other duties related to this role.
- Skills & Requirement:
- •Extensive PMO experience in core banking projects, trade finance projects or corporate lending projects. • Proven ability to lead PMO tasks independently. • Experiences in bank industry as a bank employee (will be added advantage), or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant. • Familiarity with package system implementation. • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. • Mindset to not fear challenge / undertake risk. • Corporate Lending PMO (MUST) o Strong expertise in Loan Area o It’s preferable to have experience in package system implementation, e.g ACBS implementation.
