We are hiring Retail Store Manager!
We are looking for an experienced F&B Retail Store Manager to oversee store setups, manage operations, lead teams, enhance customer experience, drive sales, and ensure successful franchise character-themed store presentations.
- Responsibilities: • Project management from conceptualize to completion of setting up multiple retail stores. • Hiring Store Managers and Sales Assistants for all retail stores. • Overseeing interior designing and renovation completed on time. • Creativity and ideas to ensure store presentation successfully bringing out our franchise licenced characters. • Show enthusiasm in setting up first Disney concept store and/or Sanrio Character Store.
- • Manage Product display and creativity to showcase the best for customers. • Manage clients feedback promptly.
- • Build rapport and relationship with clients. • Manage Client Interaction. • Manage Administrative Matters.
- • Monitor and Place Orders from Central Kitchen. • Manage Payments. • Manage outlet managers, sales assistant and ensure proper training conducted. • Possess enthusiasm to grow the business and exceed sales target.
- Skills & Requirement:
- Working Hour: 5 Days Workweek (44 Hours) Office Address: Shopping Malls across Singapore (North-East, North, Centre, West)
- Key Requirements: • Positive Thinking • Motivated • Well-Organized • Customer-Focused • Good Problem-Solving Skill • Communicate well with customers, team members and boss
- • Minimum 8 experience in managing retail stores (F&B prefer) • Great interest and knowledge of Disney and/or Sanrio Characters • Singaporeans & PRs only. • Preferred from Pastry, Patisserie, Confectionary, Bakery or Cake Shop.
