We are hiring Roast Chef!
We are looking for a roast chef to maintain hygiene, follow food standards, ensure dish quality, handle ingredient prep and equipment upkeep, and support smooth operations. The role requires discipline, problem-solving, and continuous skill improvement.
- Responsibilities: • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the Roast section. • Follow food standards and execute tasks as directed. • Continuously improve skills and ensure dish quality. • Handle ingredient prep, storage, and equipment upkeep. • Support operations, address issues, and manage discipline
- Skills & Requirement: • Required 1-3 years experiences • Working Days: 5.5 days per week (alternating weekly: Week 1 has 5 days, and Week 2 has 6 days) • Working Timing: 9.5 hours (Monday - Thursday); 10 hours (Friday - Sunday) – Roast • Working Location: Parkway Parade Dian Xiao Er, Great World City Dian Xiao Er • Singaporean/PR/LTVP(PLOC) • Hygiene cert • Positive, team-oriented, approachable • Able to read and speak in Chinese; able to speak in English (Waiter/Waitress)
